Do you work with international customers?

Are there minimum or maximum batch sizes?
Minimums: Yes, we do have minimum batch quantities to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Maximums: No, we don’t have maximum batch quantities, but we may have to split large batches into smaller quantities to accommodate our equipment capacity.
I don’t see my seed on your list. Do you service other varieties?
Yes. Our most popular varieties are listed. However, please contact us so we can discuss your needs. Ball Seed Technology Services has a fantastic research team to explore seed enhancement on new varieties.
I’m in a hurry! What are your lead times?
Pelleting and Coating is approximately 10 business days.
Priming is approximately 7-9 weeks due to quality-control sampling, which determines the best method for your lot.
How much do your services cost?
The price of our Trial Program is $350 for first-time varieties you sample with us. There are min/max quantities for this program.
Our regular services are charged by the output quantity and include a complimentary germination test. Minimum lot charges apply.
Will your pellets work with our sowing equipment?
Our pelleting sizes can range in diameter and depend on the needs and type of sowing equipment you are using.
We can also aim for an average seed per pellet for multi-pelleted batches.
Do you provide services for vegetable and herb varieties?
Yes, we can provide services for crops such as dill, tomato, pepper, etc. Please contact us if you are unsure which service is best for your crop.
